Yes. We build custom homes on owner-provided lots within our Northwest Florida service area, subject to homesite review and current project availability.

We primarily serve Escambia and Santa Rosa counties, including Pensacola, Pace, Milton, Cantonment, Molino and Navarre.
Can you help before I buy a lot?
We can discuss the home you want and the property factors that may affect it. Land decisions should also involve the appropriate survey, zoning, utility, septic and other professionals as applicable.
Do you offer available new-construction homes?
Yes. We build speculative and available homes. Availability changes as properties are added, placed under contract or sold.
Can I customize a floor plan?
Customization depends on the plan, engineering, homesite, construction stage and budget. The earlier we establish changes, the easier it is to coordinate them.
